Even during a crisis like COVID-19, Trupanion remains true to its values and promises. When Minnie suddenly became sick with aspiration pneumonia a few weeks ago, I was so relieved to know I had my Trupanion policy to fall back on. My claim was approved in less than 24 hours and the funds were in my account just a few days later. This is a company that really walks the talk! Cruciate tear
Has been quick to respond to all claims. Claim process is easy. Wish there was more coverage for my dog to have rehab services, after surgical costs there was little left for it due to max amount limit for his injury.

Great insurance service
Great insurance. My pet has a let fracture, and had a $3000 surgery. The insurance covers in very quick.

Trupanion keeps escalating premiums and deductibles. Some other pet insurance companies stick to their original contract. Shop around.
