Nationwide is the best. Having this insurance has taken away any worries I may have about keeping Abby well. The customer service representatives are always courteous.

Fantastic

Our Cane Corso had torn cruciate ligaments on both of her rear legs. Nationwide made it possible for us to afford a very expensive surgery to repair them.

Best pet insurance on the market!

Out of all the pet insurance companies I researched, Figo Pet Insurance stood out above the rest across the board in the coverage offered. Their claims submission is super easy and their customer service and claims department are top notch. I highly recommend this company! Great value, friendly service, and very quick with reimbursement. You will be very satisfied with Figo!

Trupanion helped us when we needed it most

I adopted my pup while still in college. As he grew up, I started to notice a birth defect which was diagnosed as angular limb deformity. His right paw was twisted so that it was almost facing backward, and if he didn't have surgery to straighten it, his leg would eventually have had to be amputated as it was a recipe for severe arthritis in his elbow. His case was so severe that his surgeon wanted to have a mold of the deformity 3D printed in order to practice the operation beforehand. Trupanion helped me pay for the necessary CT scan, the 3D molds, and the surgery. As a college student, there is no way I could have handled this on my own. Thank you, Trupanion, for being there for my baby.

Exceptional service for Chloe

All of my interactions with Nationwide have been positive. My one concern is that her allergy medication does not seem to be covered anymore. Other than that I am very happy with Nationwide.

Terrible service!

I submitted a claim to Healthy Paws on August 13, 2019, for my pet. The email with the claim and required documentation bounced back to me three times before it was finally sent through. They acknowledged the receipt of my information on August 14. After another six days and still no communication from them, I sent another email asking about the status of the claim. On August 22, they replied to my email stating that they have finally assigned a claim number and were working on the claim. It has now been another seven days and still no work. I have just emailed them again hoping to hear from them. It should not take this long to process a claim, especially since they claim on their advertising that 99% of claims are processed in TWO days. Don't believe this false advertising!
