Wonderfully humane and HUMAN enrollment process
I tend to bumble a lot online, and it was perhaps the deciding factor in my enrolling that I cold talk to a friendly, knowledgeable HUMAN on the phone.

Great service
It is always easy and cheerful and smooth and fast. But recently I have heard that other insurances May offer more coverage. So I need to investigate this. Nothing was paid. It all went to deductible. The service was EXCELLENT but the coverage maybe can be better. I am going to do research

Misleading deductible
It's not clear that the deductible is for each instance of illness or injury. I was under the impression that there was a flat $500 deductible. Even then, I did not get a payout for an $800 vet visit. Disappointed.
