Fast. Easy. Great. (& Nice, too!)
We got a Labradoodle puppy and knew we would likely get her insurance. We did research on chose Trupanion for our last dog, and we did again. I am so glad! As technology has evolved, it is easier and easier to file a claim AND get reimbursed quickly! My claims don’t pile up in my “to-do” pile like my own claims. It is so easy from my phone, that I file right away and get reimbursed directly into my account so fast that it leaves me wondering, “Why can’t other businesses do this?!?” Plus, they are genuinely NICE when u have a question or issue and can talk to a human!
I have to say, I hope someone at Trupanion reads this because I just want to say, “Thank you for making just one thing in my life EASY!!!!!”

Terrible
Terrible insurance company. They label everything as pre-existing condition so they can avoid paying claims. The policy coverage explanation is unclear as well. Basically you are paying into insurance that you can never use.

Trupanion has been absolutely wonderful for us!
Trupanion has been absolutely wonderful for us! Having the $500 life-of-pet deductible helped us keep our Sabby kitty in good health for most of his 18.5 years. I have recommended Trupanion to many people, including our daughter who signed up her 2 cats over a year ago. Keep up the good work. You are a blessing to pet owners.
