You advertise 80% reimbursement on claims, but I have been normally receiving about a 33% reimbursement, Also, my dog has had a couple of ear infections, and you didn't pay anything on the claims, stating that an ear infection is a skin condition. I can't imagine why that would be a skin condition, and my Vet agrees that an ear infection should not fall in that category. In fact, on the bottom of this form, you list ear problem and skin condition as separate illnesses? I seriously considered switching to another insurance provider, but decided to give your company another chance.

My vet's office submitted the claim and with a week the claim was paid and deposited into our bank account. We are very pleased with the entire process and Pet's Best.

Customer service was very kind and informative. Customer Service was also very patient in re explaining things I was not understanding about the change in policy I was planning on doing.

Received a Certificate for a Free Month of Insurance on my dog. Usually wouldn't have called to get more information. The day I did and signed our 12yr Dog up, was the Best decision we made for our Furbaby. When the Pet Insurance Policy was still in it's trial period {within 2 weeks} for an unknown Illness. We were covered, our out of pocket was only the deductible and our 10% share, Trupanion paid our Veterinarian within days of receiving the claim. We have only had our policy for about a year, and have 2 claims with no problems from them.

Customer support very helpful in explaining best way to process a large number of claims. Claims were resolved in a timely manner.

My baby Bella passed away I am still so lonely without her. I brought her as a puppy and had her only 6 years. Your company is truly PETS BEST. I will get another baby and you will be my service provider. Thanks to everyone there.

easy to navigate and deal w/. no snafu s on coverage

Before we had Nationwide Pet Insurance, I was always afraid of what would happen if an emergency arose concerning my pets. Now I have peace of mind knowing that they're covered. It's very comforting to know that I don't have to worry. We also love the fact that a lot of the routine care is paid for, such as annual exams, vaccinations, etc. We're very happy!
