Simple process, but missed 30 day trial

I was offered a deal for 30 day trial and I never received the link. My appointment was Friday afternoon, so by the time I called the vet, the following Monday, the 24 hour had passed and the 30 day trial had expired. Not sure what happened, but eveything looked good on my vets end.

Excellent and fast customer service!

Trupanion has always been super prompt with their responses and really easy to work with. They also have excellent customer service support. All the representatives I’ve interacted with have all been very kind and easy to understand. I’ve said this in the past, but I only wish human health insurance could be as simple! Thanks so much.

Because I do think there are better more reasonably priced pet insurance companies out there.

Because I do think there are better more reasonably priced pet insurance companies out there. You have turned down some of my claims before. Between that and the monthly cost so far I feel robbed. I will say though the rep Michelle I spoke with was an absolute Angel, very satisfied with her help.
