I will always have pet insurance. I never want to be in a position to have to put a pet down because I can't afford treatment. I love my fur babies way too much.

I researched every possible insurance company. I'm very pleased that I chose Pets Best.

Went to vet afternoon 10/3. Notified late 10/4 it would be paid, in bank AM of 10/6.

Trupanion has a great staff and processes claims promptly.

Customer service is excellent and so happy that 90% of our costs associated with our kitty s diabetes is covered!

I bought Healthy Paws insurance for my Teacup Yorkie cause it had really great reviews and previous customers said they actually pay. Other insurances I used in the past were awful but Healthy Paws for sure gets 5 stars. They were there for me for all my visits, were reasonably priced and actually paid me the 80% of what they covered. Recently my fur baby went into the hospital for a week in the critical care unit. It cost me $9000 for treatment before he came home. Healthy Paws representatives were friendly and helped me get my claims paid. I received over $7000 back. Unfortunately my baby passed away a week later, I filed his last bill which included his cremation services on the bill. Without me having to call Healthy Paws and tell them what happened, they payed my claim, sent me an email that they were sorry for my loss and went ahead and cancelled his insurance and issued a refund for that month. That meant a lot to me because it was going to be a hard phone call to make, but they were on top of things and made the process easy for me. To go above and beyond that, a week later I received a card in the mail with their deepest sympathies and a bunch of the employees signed it. Their caring and kindness meant so much to me during this hard time. The next pet I get will definitely be insured by Healthy Paws insurance!

This was the best move I could make, for my best friend.
