I found Nationwide to be an excellent Pet Insurance Company. Recommended by my Vet, I signed my rescued Schnauzer/Terrier Mix when she was three years old. I did so because my previous dog needed a lot of veterinary treatment after she was 14 years old. I never dreamed by little four-year-old pet would need treatment so soon. She chewed up some leather that had to be removed by an operation. Nationwide paid fully minus my $250 deduction for Major Pet Insurance. They check arrived quickly and I deeply appreciate the promptness. I highly recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance to all my friends with pets and pet owners!

I love having nationwide insurance for my two cats. The claims process is extremely simple and anytime I have to call I get a representative quickly and they’re always super nice and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about you all and I’m constantly informing my pet owner friends about nationwide insurance lol.

I didn't even realize I could submit a claim for our cat's fatal lymphoma until we were moving out of the country and therefore discontinuing coverage. The person who updated my mailing address encouraged me to submit the claim anytime. The process itself couldn't have been more simple, and the claim was resolved/explained/paid very quickly - within about a month from submission to payment.

I did not have to call with questions throughout the process.

We just filed our first claim and I was blown away by how easy the process was and by how quickly we received the reimbursement.
