So far so good but plan ahead

So far Embrace has accepted all my claims. My dog has been insured since he came home so no pre-existing conditions. The only big drawback which is partially my fault for not paying attention is the first claim can take a long time to process. The reason for this is they will require all the vet claims for the first 6 months of coverage which can be exhausting to get and review. Now that that has been done things seem to be going more smoothly and so far I've gotten back what I expected. Excellent rate, no sharp increases, and the healthy pet reduction in deductible is great.

When I Made The Choice To Tran…

When I made the choice to transfer from the insurance provider from the Humane Society, it was not sufficiently disclosed that portability is not the same for pets as it is for humans. Many of the issues that my pet has are denied, which is a HUGE disappointment.

OUTSTANDING PET INSURANCE

MURPHY BEAR,Our Chocolate Lab is this retired couples child, and when we got him in Jan 2012 we after much researched decided to insure with HEALTHY PAWS. Their coverage seemed to be outstanding, and the price very fair. Little did we know that was the best move we could have made, as about a year later Murph decided to bail off a bank into the water and in the process tore up his left rear hip. I called Healthy Paws, and they said get it fixed your covered, less 10% Deductible. The bill was close to $4000, and I sent in a claim on a Sat. and Monday had an email the check is in the mail. Murphy has continued to have water therapy over the last couple years, and Healthy Paws, has continued to cover covered him. I don't know how they do it and we have only seen a few dollar raise in premium's. Three weeks ago I was running the Snow Blower, and Murphy was in the front yard with me. I looked to see where he was, and he was sitting in a path to the mail box, and had a look on his face that told me Dad I have a problem. I went over and he got up and sure enough he had slipped or fallen on the icy path and tore up his right rear leg. The story repeated, he had surgery 2 weeks ago, I sent the claim in and Healthy Paws TRUE to their word emailed me claim approved, check in the mail. The other thing is that they CARE about you pet. I have on both occasions had emails regarding how Murphy is doing, and we joke that Murphys Grandparents are looking after him. We love these guys, they are like family, loving and professional, and under stand a pet owners relationship with and love of their pet. I encourage every pet owner I meet to sign up, you cannot afford not to, as its piece of mind at a very small cost. I wish being retired I could find Health Insurance on us , that is as outstanding as what our Buddy Murphy Bear has. THANK YOU HEALTHY PAWS LOVE MURPHY BEAR

Fantastic

Can't say enough about the fantastic customer service. From my first inquiry about the insurance, with phone calls and emails everything was a pleasant experience. My two claims were paid in a very short time, that was great because I've had trouble with claim payments with another company. I am very pleased with ASPCA for all they do. Big Thanks!!

I Filed Claims For All Of 2016…

I filed claims for all of 2016 for all four of my rescue dogs. One dog had been very sick and recently passed. :( I inadvertently duplicated a couple of claims on a couple dogs.......my error. Sometimes I get confused on the claims process, but all in all the insurance is awesome. Im glad I have it!! :) I did not post a photo here as they are on their policy pages. Sorry. Thank You!!"

Healthy Paws was there for me and my dog

My 13 month old standard poodle was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. Unfortunately he had a terrible reaction to theantibiotics first prescribed and developed ear infections, lesions all over his body, and lost the pads on his feet. After 3 stays at WestVet in Boise, I brought him home and nursed him for close to a month before he was his normal self. Total expenses were over $6,000 and Healthy Paws paid 90% of these bills with no hassles, delays, or red tape.

We felt like we had an ally with our pet's care!

Our Pug, Frank, is a ten year old valued member of our family. Like many older dogs, his vision has been failing...so when he wandered into a car in front of our fifth wheel trailer on a recent camping trip, we were horrified. Even though the car was only going five miles an hour, his right front leg was broken. The resulting injury required surgery, the surgeon placing a plate on the bone to stabilize it. We thought the worst was behind us until, at our first return visit learned he had gotten an infection in the wound causing a second surgery, and daily vet visits for almost two weeks for bandage changes and wound care. He was on a multitude of medications and under constant care. Thank heavens we have ASPCA PET INSURANCE! Within seven days of our original claim, 90% of our costs (-the deductible) were deposited back into our account. And, I learned that all our other claims have been completed today! It felt like our Frankie had a guardian angel...there to ensure he got the best available care! We truly thank them! We love our pets as if they are family....and I feel having pet insurance is not only the smart thing to do, it's the responsible thing to do! THANK YOU ASPCA PET INSURANCE!

I Love You Pets Best

When my Vet recommended Pets Best Insurance Plan, I thought no way, I can't afford it PLUS my dog is young and healthy. After thinking about it a day or two I came to my senses! I have Multiple Sclerosis and sometimes I am unable to get out. I live alone, so my dog Izzy is very important to me. I could not have bought a better product for Izzy than her health insurance. She developed Pancreatitis this year, and the claim filing process and reimbursement was fabulous. There is NO BETTER protection than this plan. If you love your pet, remember that vet care is very expensive. Protect your beloved pet, and your pocket book by purchasing Pets Best!!!!
