I tell everyone I know with pets about Trupanion. Your company truly saved my cats lives. I would never have been able to afford their care without help. They were so kind when my cat died and I had to cancel his policy.

Do not purchase this insurance
They don't really cover anything. I have been reimbursed maybe $150.00 out of over $700.00 in claims. They claim that an ear infection was a pre-existing condition. My dog has had their coverage since we got him. The first claim i ever filed was a wellness claim. The ear infection was not pre-existing. I will be changing his insurance at the beginning of 2022 since i have already met the $500.00 deductible for this policy. Terrible coverage. They take forever to process the claims as well.

So glad I have Trupanion for my dog!
My invoices are turned around very quickly, and the Outcome Letters are clear and easy to understand. Any time I have had questions they were responded to quickly and professionally. I've been very impressed with how straightforward Trupanion's insurance policy and claim process is. My dog is 12 yrs old now, so I've had to use the coverage more, and I'm very glad I purchased it when he was only 2. I've found myself wishing that my OWN health insurance policy and claim process was so clear!
