The personnel at Healthy Paws are polite, attentive and caring. First, the policy is much better priced than competitors. Second, they do not have a complicated reimbursement schedule. You simply pay one annual deductible and copay, and that's it. Third, you get a live person 24-7. Fourth, they respond promplty by phone and email. Fifth, they process claims promptly.And, sixth, they follow up to check on the welfare of your pet. They are THE VERY BEST. KUDOS!

So easy to file the claimVery quick response We have 5 purebred Ragdoll cats and at first went with another company. That company was horrible All though our beautiful boys injury has horrific the staff at healthy paws made everything easy and fast.

Anytime we have had a claim, and there have been quite a few since our Greyhound is a rescue dog with alot of issues. When she would go to the Vet. and a bill was submitted to Embrace, it was paid within two weeks. We are very happy we chose Embrace. Also, all the people who answer the phones are A+.

ASPCA Pet Insurance has generally been reliable. I have not experienced any difficulties with the claim process. The most recent claim had $600.00 in charges. Of this amount, ASPCA reimbursed about $340.00.

I was pleasantly surprised how efficient Embrace was in processing our wellness claim. We "adopted" a cat from a shelter and took her to our vet at The Georgetown (Delaware) Animal Hospital on 7/5/13. Embrace guided us through the claims process. I have called three times over the last two years for two separate dogs. Claims were submitted at different times for each one. When my pug Tina was diagnosed with lung lobe torsion I was devastated. I hated the idea that my poor girl would have to be opened up and have part of her lung removed. She is only 11 months old! The surgery was $4000+ and boy was I glad that I had bought her insurance when I did. Their staff on the phone was SO KIND and sympathetic and I truly felt like they were GLAD that I had coverage for her which I have NEVER HAD THAT EXPERIENCE WITH AN INSURANCE COMPANY!!! They are truly a great company with kind employees. The communication is outstanding. A+ all around.

I was blindsided by my poor pup's illness. Just one morning she was acting so lethargic and unlike her normal puppy self. I rushed her to the vet and then it was just an avalanche of expenses. X-Rays, Sonograms, Meds, Nebulizer treatments, etc. etc. In the moment, you don't care. You just want your puppy to be OK. When the bill was generated after a 2 night hospital stay, it was daunting to say the least. Embrace's terms are simple and easy to understand.
