I have been a customer for a couple years now. Found out about Embrace through Nora from the Obie Dog Journey, and signed up. Customer service is very helpful with reviewing the plans, and claim turnaround time is fast. Forms are easy to print, and the website is easy to use. I just recommended Embrace to a friend, and she will be checking you out. Again, I am very pleased to be a client.

I feel very good knowing that my small chihuahua dog has Aspca Pet Health Insurance. The website is very user friendly and I really like how they call and personally check up on how your pet is doing. The claims are processed fast and the customer service are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly!!! I would definitely highly recommend them to anybody I know who has a pet!!!

Thank you so much for asking how Layla is feeling. It has been a week since her surgery and every day I see her getting a bit better. Next Thursday she has an appointment with Dr. Schwab to check on her and get her staples out. I think after the staples come out we start a program to get her physically active again. Layla is a great companion and we love her so much and feel so fortunate that we can give her the best of care there is to offer. Healthy Paws helped to make this possible. You know we submitted Layla's paperwork to Healthy Paws on a Saturday evening at around 9 PM. We received the approval for coverage payment from Healthy Paws Sunday, the next evening at around 7 PM. Less than 24 hours! That is truly amazing to us! I appreciate your pet insurance so much. I am telling everyone how great Healthy Paws is and will continue spreading the word. Pet Insurance policies can be outrageously expensive these days and ASPCA has really great inexpensive options. I have had two of my dogs insured with them for years and the claim processing has always been fast and easy. Great customer service at a great price.

Pets Best is truly the best. When I do need to call, service reps are very polite and helpful. Claims processed timely and accurately.

I thought about getting pet insurance after a friend, whose dog was about the same age as my Maggie, accumulated high medical bills. I wondered what I would do if Maggie needed emergency care. After researching, I chose Embrace. April of 2017 Maggie had blood in her urine. An ultrasound showed a bladder mass. She started on antibiotics. A month later she developed pain in her rt knee. We started shots and anti-inflammatory meds. 3 weeks later she was improving, tried to jump onto a bed, didn't make it, and injured her other knee. That was a Sunday. We took her to an emergency pet hospital, she stayed over night, surgery the next day to repair her torn cruciate ligament & remove the bladder mass. One more night at pet hospital. Unfortunately, she developed kidney failure and we lost her two weeks later. We paid out over $5,000 in the month & I worried I wouldn't get any reimbursement. Embrace was wonderful!! After subtracting the deductible, I received 80% of the claim amount. It was easy to contact customer service, speak with a human being and get what assistance I needed. Will go with Embrace when I get a new dog.
