I adopted a friendly stray cat from where I work after my other 2 cats passed away within 4 days of each other ( one from a stroke and the other cancer) well after spending 1,300 on my other 2 cats I was worried about the cost of a new kitty and all the shots, getting fixed, etc. so I decided to try pet insurance.

First time user. Very easy to process a claim.
Extremely pleased with my Embrace insurance. Used for the first time due to my dog having surgery for bladder stones. Kept me informed as to what stage I was in for a refund. All questions were answered politely. Happy I made the decision to purchase the insurance thru Embrace.

Reps are always great--polite and helpful. Coverage worth $$. Don't understand why exam for purpose of monitoring disease in treatment and covered is not covered, eg Cardiologist exam for heart disease you are covering at 90%.
