I'm glad I have this insurance
PetsBest is very clear about what they will and won't cover, up front. I'm glad I have this insurance. With three dogs, I have a lot of vet bills, and this helps a little bit with that.

Our wellness plan for our Izzy is the best assurance we have that she will always have the care she needs. Our claims are processed immediately and our check is back to us in short time. Great Decision
So pleased I decided to purchase pet insurance through Nationwide! The cost is reasonable, customer service is terrific. Very easy to submit a claim and it is paid quickly. The explanation of benefits is very helpful. Will always use and recommend Nationwide for my pets.

customer service was great
customer service was great but I was disappointed at how little was reimbursed for this current claim. But Trupanion has saved my butt on previous larger claims.
