I can pretty confidently say that Healthy Paws is the best pet insurance out there. I have been making regular claims for several years while my dog has been battling severe arthritis, and the only issue I have had was due to an uncooperative veterinarian's office, which the team at Healthy Paws promptly resolved for me. I love that they cover alternative treatment methods like acupuncture and hydrotherapy, as well as traditional treatments. The app also makes filing claims fast and easy. I feel like I'm constantly referring other pet owners to them. The peace of mind of knowing that no matter what happens, I will never have to decide between being able to afford treatment and my dog's life is such a relief. I love this company and plan to sign up with each and every future dog I have.

To be honest I have never purchased pet insurance; but, it was a long time since I had a puppy. The dogs I had in my life were years old and we have never had any health issues with them. But, times changed and there is a cost in having a puppy, I thought it best to purchase a plan to see how it would be for my new pup. My female had issues within a 6 week period. The claim process has been fast. And, after a claim was paid, always called to see how my puppy Grace was doing. Grace ended up needing a sonogram and now faces surgery. I am so thankful I am covered by this company. I have highly recommended this insurance to others. You can't afford not to use this pet insurance company.

I was pleasantly surprised with the ease, timeliness and understanding of the entire process. I was extreme skeptical because I've read a lot of terrible reviews about other claims. But my concerns were addressed and I was provided a very appropriate amount of help for my kitty's health issues. I'm extremely grateful.

No complaints. We had a high-deductible, high-reimbursement plan. Our pet met her limit for the year, and every claim was approved and the reimbursed in short order (within days). No hassles whatsoever, and good value ($240 for a 10-year-old dog at a $1000 deductible and 90% reimbursement after that).

Simple to go online and add a claim. Easy to track and then the money is refunded directly to my bank account.
