Sweet Pepper girl

We have one of the sweet ones. Pepper girl is the one to get up from her bed to wag her tail and greet any visitor to our home. After giving a friendly greeting (without jumping), she returns quietly to her bed just to be in the midst of family activity. This is what Trupanion has done for us. There are too many times that Pepper could have been a victim of lack of finance to pull her through the latest need medically. She has been courageously fighting cancer for at least half of her life, as well as having knees surgeries, and so much more. I know our girl is on her final weeks…and we are heartbroken and yet so grateful to have had her in our lives for over 11 years. Trupanion has given us this gift. We got Pepper from a couple who was ready to take her to the pound at 4 months, because no one chose the last puppy of the litter. It was a win-win for us! Thank you Trupanion, for taking the lead many times to keep her strong through the years. We are so very grateful.

I was sitting on the floor at the emergency vet with my dog.

I was sitting on the floor at the emergency vet with my dog. I was already out of my mind for obvious reasons and I had questions about filing a claim since my regular vet does it electronically and I have no idea how to do it. She told me everything I needed to know and she said it was all going to be covered and of course she gets 10/10 for being a soothing voice in the middle of a nightmare experience!!!
