The Pets Best app is one of the most, if not the most, efficient methods to file a claim. It's very easy and self-explanatory. Furthermore, responses are expeditious as well as reimbursement. I wish insurance companies on the human side were this simple! It's a privilege to have our Bloodhound Peach insured through Pets Best.

Our beloved cat had an accident and fractured her back leg. She needed surgery, which was very expensive. After I paid for everything and I submitted the claim, I was ready to fight for the reimbursement, like you always have to do with insurances. Three days after, the claim was accepted, no questions or uncomfortable phone calls. I had the reimbursement included in my policy less than one week after the surgery. ASPCA has been great... until last week, they reached out to me saying they had an error in their system, and they accidentally approved several claims that I had over 6+ months ago that they now believe were potentially caused by a preexisting condition. Which is not the case. And they now have the audacity to ask me to repay them over $600 in the next 30 days from reimbursements they made to me literally over 6 months ago. Absolutely absurd and unacceptable. I am good about not submitting claims that are truly for preexisting conditions, so this is just truly disappointing.

My dog ingested a foreign object from the trash, which caused him to vomit. Initially, he vomited a corn cob. Unfortunately, vomiting continued weekly, and the vet ultimately diagnosed him with pancreatitis. Treatment is ongoing, and we may need to perform X-rays. Pet Best Insurance deemed this incident not an accident and denied coverage. This highlights their tendency to find excuses to avoid paying claims. I strongly advise against purchasing insurance from them.
