I've submitted two claims in the 6 months that I've had this pet insurance. They kept me updated about the status of the claims and within 30 days had accurately settled them. So far my experience has been nothing but positive.

I find that Met Life processes my claims in a reasonable amount of time and refunds are processed quickly. I've never needed to call them for any of my claims.

ASPCA Pet Insurance is by far the best I have ever had. I purchased pet insurance for my dog and my cat the first day that I brought them home. You never know what can happen to your animals. What you do know is a veterinary bill will always be high. Unfortunately my dog developed severe allergies. Our pet insurance has covered the cost of all of his allergy, testing, his allergy medication and a main portion of his visits. It also covers a large portion of his prescription dog food. The reimbursement into our bank account is easy and so very helpful. Our cat at just one year old developed urinary crystals in his urine. He now has to be on a prescription cat food for the rest of his life to control this issue. After purchasing the prescription, dog food and cat food, I submit my receipt to ASPCA pet insurance and within two days I have a reimbursement in my bank account. I have saved thousands of dollars over the past two years between my dog and cats vet, bills, medication‘s and prescription foods. If I can give you one piece of advice, it would be to purchase pet insurance for your cat or your dog from day one. Most plans don’t cover pre-existing conditions. The small monthly payment to have pet insurance will be well worth it in the long run. You might not see it initially, but down the road as your pet gets older and things come up, and they always come up, you’ll be happy to have this insurance plan. Thank you ASPCA insurance. ASPCA pet insurance turnaround time has bee quick and easy to navigate.

My dog experienced a health emergency. Within three days of submitting a claim for the vet services, Healthy Paws had approved the claim and sent the direct deposit to my bank account (that I had previously set up in their portal). Great service! A couple days later, they continued to impress me by sending an email inquiring about my dog's health. I was somewhat surprised by this kind email and very happy to report that my dog had recovered. So happy we chose Healthy Paws from the many pet insurance companies available.

I have had Healthy Paws insurance for my Cavalier King Charles Lola for 5 years. Thank goodness for this pet insurance. Lola was diagnosed at the end of 2020 with heart disease which has slowly progressed. She sees a cardiologist regularly to check her and to adjust her medications. If we did not have Healthy Paws pet insurance we would not be able to afford her expensive treatment. Healthy Paws is always quick with reimbursement and responsive to questions and concerns.

I’ve had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for about 10 years, first for one of my dogs (beagle mix), then a couple of years later for the second one when we got her (dachshund mix). Healthy Paws has been great. No claim forms - just the invoice and vet’s notes. They’re very nice on the phone and the turn around time for payment of claims is very quick. I highly recommend Healthy Paws!
