The representative was so nice and throughly explained the coverage! Our veterinaryâs office recommended this company and I think that speaks volumes! I researched other pet insurance companies and I feel this company offered the best coverage.

I guess I am very happy with Trupanion.
I guess I am very happy with Trupanion. Easy to deal with, employees are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint is that 9 years ago my insurance for Chevy Chase started at like $9 a month and now his premium is like $77 a month. You have me over a barrel. I just wish the rates didn't raise so much over the years. I will be honest. We got a 2nd dog 3 years ago and decided to go the Bivvy route for insurance - yes it doesn't cover near as much but it is so cheap - we decided to just put $30 a month into a dog vet savings account for her and pray that we don't ever need it. Aqain your service and coverage have been good for these 9 years but so hard to afford $77 a month. Thank you and have a great day! Trent
