Insurance is only as good as when you need to use it, and Pets Best has proven to be invaluable. I've had pet insurance from them for 8 years with three different dogs, and they are easy to work with and quick at reimbursement. Furthermore, Whiskerdocs is a great resource which Pets Best provides for free. It's a 24/7 service whereby you can call and get advice and information about your pets, especially when you. They are knowledgeable and they also follow up.

Pets Best is a great insurance company to work with. I had one of two pets that I have insured with Pets Best pass away. The agent I spoke to have the policy canceled on the pet I lost was so supportive and understanding. I felt like I was talking to a friend, not a stranger. Keep up the good work. Submitting claim was very simple. Email notification of check being processed and in the mail. Very quick service.

My only complaint about my vet is that I was first in line at 9a.m. on the day of surgery. I traveled 50 miles to the clinic, as they only do that in Pensacola. I was advised that I would receive a call when Foxy goes into surgery. No time line was offered -- she went into surgery after 6pm!!! This is highly unacceptable, but Dr. Story is the 'only game in town ' as an opthomology vet.

I recently insured my three years youngest dogs with pets best after a ton of research and comparison with the other companies. I had a huge vet bill with my oldest dog last year that pushed me to take action and insure the 3 young dogs for peace of mind if nothing else I had only had the insurance for a little over a month when my perfectly healthy pooch had a terrible scary illness of course over a holiday weekend. Pets Best took very good care of us. The claim process was easy and reimbursement was quick I have the reimbursement go directly to my care credit card and that worked out great. Don’t think it can’t happen to you. Insure your pets with pets best and sleep better tonight!
