Speedy response
Thank you for your speedy response. Recently one of my dogs was injured while playing. I had her checked by my vet and treatment over the next few weeks. I submitted my vet bills and had a reply the same day I made the claim. It was processed in two days, and the money was in my bank account by the end of the week. This is the second time I have filed a claim, and as before, it was easy and fast!! Thank you!

Great Cutomer Service...
Had a wonderful experience with Jordan while filing a claim. After my claim has been reviewed and I get reimbursed, I will do another review of that experience. I hope it is as good as my first.

Reimbursement Time

The Best Pet Insurance Company, Best Service, Best Coverage, Best Claims Process
I had my other poms insured with other companies, and it was a disaster!
