Claims process quick and easy.
I was very impressed with how quickly my claims were processed. I submitted multiple over the course of a couple of days. Some I had already paid others were submitted directly from vet hospital. All were processed very quickly. Thank you!

Best Choice I Made
I would repeat my decision to get Pets Best in a heartbeat. I got it when I got my 4 lb. Chihuahua/Basenji mix at 4 months old. She's now 4 and we had our first major vet experience. I was able to make the necessary decisions for her care because I knew she had coverage. The claims process took mere minutes and my bank had the check about a week later. There were no surprises.

Save your money.
WORST insurance ever. Just save your money for when you need to go to the vet. Really read what a “preexisting” condition is. They don’t need a formal diagnosis to deny something with that reason, which they’ll deny everything as a preexisting condition. I swear I could bring my dog in with a broken leg and it would say “dog had bones prior to policy start date.” Can’t get ahold of ANYONE from customer service. Waited forty five minutes on hold just to get hung up on. Took over a week to respond to my emails (multiple emails, got one response). SAVE. YOUR. MONEY.

A surgery was covered for my dog. Things not covered are spelled out in advance. No surprises. When I had questions about things not covered, rep did a great job explaining their decisions.
