I like having a pet insurance except it seems They only reimburse me when The invoice amount i submit is not too expensive. I’ve had a couple invoices They were a little expensive and they rejected my claim and did not reimburse me for them. And I pay for wellness in critical care. I’ve had insurance for my pets for a couple years now and I have more than met my deductible. The whole reason for my pet insurance was not only to keep my pets healthy but to take some of the expense of me, especially now during the corona virus.

Nationwide Pet Insurance has outstanding major medical coverage! I compare the cost of premiums every year, and their premiums are always the lowest I find. I have also found their customer service to be excellent. My last claim was completed and the payment deposited in my bank the same week that I filed the claim. I love the new online claim submission option!

Since Jagger is under a year old I never thought I would have to use this insurance as much as I have. I've had many claims for the same issues Jagger is having. There were a few claims that needed MUCH more information (like detailed reports from the beginning) and after submitted them there were finally paid. But when you need to resubmit, it is very confusing on where to send them. I didn't know if I had to mail them in, if I need to fax to another number, or submit the same way I had been. That part was very confusing. Anyhow, I am very happy thus far with the level of service at National Wide. Thank you.

Nationwide has been amazing with both of my rescues. There were unexpected surgical cost and diagnosis that would have cost us a few thousand and Nationwide helped curve this cost tremendously. Not to mention any time I call whether it be to add a pet or questions about policies they have always been great and seem genuinely interested in getting our pups the best care.
