While I am happy to have my pets insured, the time it takes for reimbursement has increased to about 1 month. The premiums are increasing yearly by a substantial dollar amount.

Trupanion is always so easy
Trupanion is always so easy to file a claim and so quick getting reimbursed! They are consistent and fair! I am so happy I went with Trupanion for my pet health needs!

great assistance with care
Our golden, Nola, is seven and a half years old. She developed small tumors on her eye and ear, and our vet recommended having them removed. The entire bill was covered by our pet insurance, otherwise I'm not sure we would have been able to afford the cost. We really appreciate Nationwide and the care they help provide for our pets, as we consider them part of our family.

I WAS UNDER IMPRESSION THIS INSURANCE WOULD COVER THIS.
Ins. won't pay for claim.
Says it was inherited. We didn't know what was wrong. I feel that Dr exam and x-rays should be paid because until then we didn't know that
it was a congenital problem.
How we're we suppose to know that until she had x-rays and Dr exam.

Surprisingly Pleased

The cost is very reasonable.
