I was very apprehensive before purchasing pet insurance. There are a lot of negative reviews out there however Pets Best had great reviews and so we went with them. This is by far the best pet insurance ever! We have never had any issues with premiums, filing claims or just reaching out to customer service with questions. I am very pleased with this company and will continue to keep this policy. We are going to be getting another puppy soon and you can bet we will be purchasing another policy for that pup as well. I really didn't think pet insurance would really be worth it, but the money we pay for insurance has paid off. Just going to the vet for routine yearly immunizations, medication, and a few minor issues that came up basically was reimbursed because of the insurance. We pay around $700.00 a year in insurance, and our reimbursements were around the same. We lost one of our pets around a year ago and I believe if we had insurance we could have possibly saved our baby's life. I now feel more at ease having pet insurance in the event something were to happen to our other pets. Our pets are not just pets to us they are family we love dearly, and I would do anything possible to insure their health
