I could not have asked for a more professional, kinder and compassionate group of people to help me through difficult times. Embrace has an extremely compassionate and understanding way that helped me through difficult times with my dog Cyrus. All the different voices on the phone on all occasions were able to make a hard experience a little bit better. Thank you and Baby feels better too

Our dog, Tia, had massive cluster seizures over labor day weekend, which necessitated at trip and overnight stay with the emergency vet service here. She then had to be transferred to our regular vet for a stay. There was a point at which we had to make a decision whether to have her euthanized because of the severity of the seizures and an extremely high temperature she had run. At this point we were looking at a bill of $2500.00. Because we have Embrace insurance we decided to wait one more day. That next day Tia was almost totally recovered. She is now back to 100%, and we are so grateful that we have the insurance and could make that decision.

This really helps with the cost of my Airedale. I would not have another pet without this insurance, and I have a healthy dog.

The worst!! NEVER reimburses you for anything! Always look for negative in your vet bills. I will be checking into others pet insurance.

They haven't covered any of her little visits as of yet. Because I didn't purchase what I needed to have that coverage. But, I did find that their customer service is excellent and look forward to seeing how this coverage works out in the future for my little porker.

This claims process is fast and easier than my own health coverage.
