Good program but very slow to process claims
I am happy with Nationwide Pet Insurance after two years with the policy, and so far only claimed wellness expenses. No experience with major medical so cannot comment on that. It does take a long time for Nationwide to process claims at 3+ weeks.

Lucky Socks Had Annual Dental Cleaning
Lucky Socks was not sick. She just had her annual dental cleaning and annual exam.
I would like to know why you increased her monthly fee by $2.05. I do not recall receiving notification. Are planning to increase her monthly fee every year?

Nationwide is the Best Insurance!
All of our 5 animals are insured by Nationwide. Three dogs and two cats. Easy to file claims and the associates who answer the phone are terrific. Highly recommend Nationwide!

My cat, Leonidas, broke his leg in two places right before Christmas. He had to have surgery to properly repair it. We are so grateful we didn't even have to think twice about the cost of the surgery or anything other than getting Leo better. We knew we were covered. I filed the claim on a Friday and the reimbursement was in my account on Wednesday. No hassle, no questions asked. Leo is much better now and trying to stay out of trouble.

Pets Best is the insurance you need for your pet.

Nationwide has been awesome!
We took out Nationwide insurance on Tigger when we picked up one of your brochures at the vet’s office. We never thought Tigger would have a medical problem at his young age. He is doing well now.
