Claims take way too long to process

It seems Embrace has become to overwhelmed to be able to process claims in an acceptable timeframe. When I signed up for Embrace insurance for my two miniature pinschers two years ago, it took them less than two weeks to process a claim. It now takes 3 to 4 weeks to process a claim. I'm going to start shopping around for another pet insurance company that is more responsive to their customer needs.

Very pleased with pet insurance

Look, no one wants to buy insurance. I know. I sell it. But when you need it, when that emergency arises, you're darn glad you spent the money. It doesn't need to be expensive either and with Embrace, it's cost effective and I feel safe knowing my 140# puppy will be well-taken care of if the need arises. If she never gets sick or involved in an accident, I feel like I can count on Embrace. I'm happy I signed up nearly two years ago.

Wellness Visit

I had my girl's spay/microchip appointment on Oct. 31, 2012. She also received some pain meds for after the surgery and flea medicine and fecal exam. Al covered. Today is Tuesday Nov. 6, 2012 and the claim has been processed and my money deposited back into my account (376.00). That is less than a week (including a weekend), and may have been faster had my vet not neglected to send my detailed invoice in the initial fax. They sent it a day later. All and all embrace has been in contact with me every step of the way. When I sent in any documentation I always get a follow up email. I honestly am surprised by the service and speed with which they handle everything.

WONDERFUL SERVICE!!

I have only been with Embrace for a little while, and I must say that I am certainly glad that I made the choice to carry pet insurance with Embrace! My Siberian Husky had been having issues with roundworms and a leaky bladder. After the hustle and bustle of a few animal hospital and visits to the vet,I submitted my claims to Embrace. Within a couple of weeks, I received checks deposited into my bank account. I especially love the Wellness coverage, it's fantastic!

Fantastic Results

After being faced with the expenses associated with an emergency splenectomy and a short battle with cancer with our last lab, we decided to invest in embrace pet insurance with our next lab puppy...what a smart decision - after ingesting a pair of slippers we were faced with an ER visit and emergency surgery to clear the obstruction - with Embrace we had the peace of mind to move forward with surgery w/out worrying about the expense - after the surgery the claims were processed in an efficient manner w/no disputes about the vet charges - wonderful customer service

Great insurance coverage - no questions asked!

We have had Embrace insurance on our Boxer since he was 6 weeks old. We have never had any issues with them paying the claims and they do so as outlined in the policy. We continue to use and recommend them to all of ours friends. Their coverage cannot be beat - they do not have any exceptions to coverage for breed-specific disorders which is the biggest reason we went with them. If they are running behind w/ claims processing, they let you know. If they are taking exceptionally long, one phone call will have the claim resolved within 24hours. A+!!

Claims processing without a fuss

Embrace processes claims efficiently and accurately. I have had policies on my horses from companies who don't want to settle claims and try to throw monkey wrenches into the mix so you will give up the claim by requesting additional Vet farm visits which you have to pay for before they will decide to pay a claim or not. I feel very comfortable that my claims will be handled properly according to the way the company has promised.

Friendly, courteous and professional staff

Our puppy came down with a stomach virus and parasite at 6 months old. She had to be hospitalized for a few days and has had a very slow recovery with a few more visits to the Vet. Embrace staff has been very helpful, patient and understanding. One of the claims was a bit delayed because of them transferring to a new system, but they kept me informed so I knew why there was a delay. We have been paid just as promised and are very pleased with the service and coverage they provide.

Very helpful!

Embrace has given me peace of mind with my two new puppies. I hope to never be in a situation to take full advantage of the insurance, but I know they will be there if I need them. Great customer service as well! Keep up the good work.
