Great Experience with Healthy Paws!
Last week I submitted a claim for a cat ER service; HealthyPaws provided super fast claim review and reimbursement (all within 48 hours); and also great customer support! I would recommend it if you have a need for fast claim processing.

really?
i can't believe this company has received nothing but positive reviews. i am yet to receive a check from them.
they have never notified me when my claim is being questioned. their directions on submitting more information
is paltry.
i've heard from several neighbors that they have never received a payout, as well. is feeling like a huge waste of
my money and time.

Would never be without insurance for our noodle-horses
We are a five dog household. We have insurance on all; ages 1yr to 14yrs. Three have only ever seen our wonderful vet for yearly check-ups but the other two have been an adventure of a medical learning curve. The only downfall has been that our monthly premiums have gone up each year, but otherwise I am a completely satisfied customer. I like the online portal, and have mostly only ever had good reps when calling in with any questions.

Petsbest rejected $650 claims because they considered cats' vomiting as pre-exiting condition
I am very disappointed with the Petsbest insurance and believe this is a scam. ALL cats vomit once in a while, which is normal behavior. My cat vomited 3 times in the morning, so we were worried and sent her to the vet and got $650 bills. My vet wrote "Patient vomit once in a while " on the medical record, hence Petsbest insurance determined this incident as a pre-existing condition and rejected the claims. Walk away with Petsbest insurance.

We were in need of your pet's complete medical records and did not receive them, as such the claim was closed. We sent multiple notification emails to you noting that the claim needed documentation in order to be completed. We also sent your veterinary clinic multiple requests asking for records. Please note that when the necessary documents are received we can gladly open the claim for review.
