Great coverage, great customer service.
I had Pet's Best for my older rescue dog for 4 years. They covered everything they said they would. Filing claims is incredibly easy, although reimbursement takes a bit, it always came. Their customer service was great, after I had to have my pet put down, they reimbursed the prorated premium. Based on my experience, I'd definitely recommend.

Terrible Claims Processing
Do not buy this pet insurance. Until last week, I had 2 English Mastiffs insured by Pest Best insurance. I have been insured by them for over 5 years. I chose them because of all of the great review and their ease of filing claims. In the first 3 years of being insured, I never had a claim. When I finally had a couple claims, their claims processing time was a week or two from beginning to end. Now, it takes 3-4 weeks. In addition, they "lose" documentation that has already been submitted online. Last week, my 3 year old mastiff was diagnosed with hermangiosarcoma, a tumor on his heart. It ruptured and we lost him in 24 hours from the diagnosis. As if it's not hard enough losing a pet, dealing with Pets Best's claim service has been horrible. No one answers the phone or the live chat. I submitted receipts for payment, then detailed receipts of services. A week later, I am being asked for the original receipts of payment...and it starts the process over. Save yourself the trouble and chose another insurance company.
