Claim took a while
A bit disappointed. Other claims were processed in less then a week. This claim took almost a month. It took a couple of weeks before I was informed ( after I called) that additional vet info was needed and then another 10 days for the claim was completed.

Excellent value for service
Have had Nationwide for about 11 years for various dogs. Have & will continue to recommend to any pet owner I meet. Customer service is excellent, as is ease of use.

Thank you for helping us get Marni through her TPLO surgery & rehab!
Marni had TPLO surgery on her left knee in December. She has healed beautifully but we are so thrilled that we had Nationwide's Pet Insurance to help defray the expense of this expensive surgery & her rehabilitation. It was a great help! Marni still has to go back for her final check-up & x-rays but we are expecting a perfect report because she has done so well! Thank you!

I previously had Embrace pet insurance and while they were great and had SUPERB customer service, your insurance is wildly better in terms of coverage. I could not afford to give my baby the best healthcare possible if it weren't for Nationwide pet insurance, so THANK YOU for keeping my baby healthy and keeping me from being homeless!

Repeat customer
My Zeva passed away 7 months ago. I didn't believe I could submit after such a long time. I adopted two new shelter dogs and put them on PetsBest insurance and they asked about Zeva and helped me settle the whole claim.

Your plan is great but the time it takes for payment is lengthy.
I’ve never had any objection or difficulty with this plan or with the prior plan with my previous pets. You make it easy to keep my boys in good shape.

I have never had one problem
