If you love your animal as much as I love mine, it's important to take time to select a health insurance plan for them. I have been with Pets Best for over 2 years now. I have had 2 claims, 1 for a case of pancreatitis, which with emergency care would have left me trying to find a way to pay. I have found that it is easy to file a claim, and that the processing if fast (deposited directly to my bank account within a week). There are co-pays or deductibles, but considering what I would have had to pay out of pocket; they were reasonable. I love Pets Best, and I highly recommend them. I have 2 policies, one for annual shots, well checks; and of course the one for injuries or emergency care. An excellent program.

I would recommend that anyone who has a beloved pet invest in the Pet Insurance. I am so happy I enrolled Izzy. The claim service, response, and payment is very well done, and I was clear what deductions or co-pays were required. Thank you so much

Over the years I've used other pet insurance, including VPI, and since I found Pets Best I would never change to another carrier. Your employees are extremely courteous, considerate and knowledgeable. When I had an issue with an emergency and had to call poison control, my claim was declined, but most importantly, I received a telephone call to explain why (because my contact was not a licensed veterinarian) and what I could do in the future. This level of care is sorely lacking in the market place today, and it adds to the complete satisfaction I've had over the years dealing with this company. I always sense a level of compassion in my exchanges with personnel. Pets Best processes and pay claims extremely quickly and doesn't dicker like other companies do who want to get out of paying. I recommend this company to all my friends who are not insured (and even some who are). This company is truly a shining beacon in a marketplace that is so often frustrating and unsatisfactory.

I started the process with an online chat to find out what to do. The representative was very helpful and gave me all the right information to file the claim. The review process was quick and the resolution was fair and explained fully in the EOB. Very satisfied.

I have been with Healthy Paws for 4 years now. I would like everyone to know that Healthy Paws does EXACTLY what they tell you they will do. They have NEVER wavered, given me any grief, tried to wiggle out of any coverage, since I first signed up with them. I have two dogs that developed lifetime, life-threatening illness after they were already covered by Healthy Paws. This company not only covered the initial expenses related to these illness, (and they were VERY expensive), but they have also covered the continuing monthly expenses for EACH dog as well. Never have they deserted us in our time of need, or made it difficult for me to file a claim and receive payment. Without them standing by their policy it would be monumentally difficult to continue the medical treatments these dogs need as they are EXTREMELY expensive. I thank them everyday and can not say enough good things about them!!! Anyone who covers their dogs with this company can rest easy knowing if their dog or cat should become ill, even with an ongoing, lifetime illness, Healthy Paws will be there for them!! The Wellness package sounded like a great idea in theory. Toward the end of my calendar year, I had some dollars that I needed to spend on my dog. During a recent checkup, I told my veterinarian that my 1 year old Cane Corso could not use "Greenies" or anything of the sort to help keep her teeth clean and satisfy her need to chew. She recommended that we try an elk antlers for this. It should fall under dental health- but the claim was denied (because they said it's a treat?)!!! Are you kidding?? I spent about $100 on these Elk antlers (for her dental health AND training). Puppies HAVE to chew! That is health related! This Wellness policy is a scam! Save yourself the trouble! I'm spending what I have left and canceling!
