Excellent, Easy Claims
Highly recommend Pet's Best! They're very transparent with their claims, and keep me posted throughout the claims process. It's super easy to submit claims (I've submitted multiple for my 2 dogs) and have had no issues with payment. I preciously had a different company with a different dog--and they paid very little and made me submit a ridiculous amount of paperwork. I wound up cancelling because it cost more than they paid. NOT the case with Pet's Best!! They've made pet ownership more affordable!! Highly recommend!

Never an issue with Trupanion
I have had Trupanion for approximately 12 years. My Maggie has had CHF since she was 9 and Trupanion has saved us so much money on emergency visits and medications. They make it so easy to file our monthly claims.

Rates
If you think their rates are high, just wait until you need to pay for a 5 night stay in the hospital out of pocket, then you will have perspective. They have paid the claims fast and with no bureaucracy.

Reliable, Helpful The Best
I have had only wonderful experiences with Trupanion Insurance. My niece is a Veterinarian and she recommended it. It has been a great experience, they have answered all my questions and were very helpful when Tucker tore his ACL and had to have surgery. Having the insurance and knowing I would have help paying the bills for his surgery helped make the decision to have the procedure less stressful. Filing the claims for his bills was easy and they reimbursed me quickly for 90% of the cost after the deductible was reached.
I would recommend this insurance everyone who has a pet. Thank You Trupanion

NO BASIS DENIAL!!!
Trupanion made our Vet send records multiple times to several different claims numbers, one for each invoice for same condition!. Trupanion denied asthma claim on pre-existing basis because one prior to coverage visit mentioned gagging with no relation to asthma or anything else. Cats gag all the time for multiple reasons. She was only recently diagnosed with asthma It is being appealed. If Trupanion does not accept, we will drop coverage.

Trupanion awesome insurance for Xanadu
I’m very thankful for Trupanion insurance.
This has helped to keep my baby Xanadu in good health.
I’m a trainer and I tell all my students they should look into pet insurance, for now a days vet bills are so expensive nowadays. Insurance helps with all the bills.
Xanadu has had it for 12 years.
