My experience with Embrace has been SUPERIOR. They are the BEST provider for my sweet pups. They pay promptly, the claim processing is efficient, the customer service is outstanding. They have been outstanding processing multiple claims for my pup who suffers with severe hip dysplasia. I cannot stress enough how FABULOUS Embrace has been and I sleep much better knowing my guys are covered WITHOUT gimmicks with Embrace.

Embrace has done a great job paying on all of my claims and has done so in a timely fashion. The only negative is that prescription food isn't covered under prescription drug coverage and I feel it should be at least in some cases.

My dog had 2 overnights and emergency surgery for cancer. Luckily I had gotten insurance for him 1 1/2 years ago due to fear of another issue. Trupanion had a check to me for 90% of the surgery and overnights within a week. It was really nice to know as everything was falling apart that at least money was not a big deal!

I am glad that I have pet insurance, due to my cat's thyroid condition now. It would be nice if one day the payout condition under "national average" could be revisited. I live in a metropolitan area and nothing seems to be a bargain here, thus possibly driving up even pet insurance costs.

I wasn't completely sold on the whole pet insurance thing and not having the best experience with health insurance was a little hesitant to get another insurance I was going to have to fight to get my claims covered. We have had two well visit claims and one medical claim. It was easy to file the forms, even though the first one I didn't get all the info included they helped me with everything I needed to get and paid promptly. On the medical claim, sent the info in, they reviewed and sent me a detailed statement on the coverage along with a check. Couldn't of been easier. I'm glad we got the insurance, now if I could just get Embrace to talk to the health insurance people and get them to understand what customer service should be like.

We decided to get pet insurance when our dog was still a puppy, just to have as a safeguard, figuring we would never use it. Boy are we glad we made that decision because Embrace has come to the rescue with a no-hassle claim system, polite and knowledgeable customer service, and prompt reimbursements for our claims. When our dog got suddenly sick last year, we felt so grateful that we could take him to the emergency vet and not worry about cost, just about him getting the best treatment possible. Now our pup is fine and so are our checkbooks! I recommend Embrace to all of my friends that are considering pet insurance.

Last week our 9 month old Great Pyrenees puppy Finnigan ate a TV remote control to include 2 batteries. That of course lead to emergency surgery, overnight stay, and medicine. Because of the Healthy Paws pet insurance policy we have, I wasn't worried about the financial obligation. Healthy Paws was fast at processing the claim, and the check was to us within a week. They did follow up emails inquiring about how Finnigan was doing, which again shows they go the extra mile. It was very appreciated. The process is seamless and they are available for questions if you ever need anything. I am glad I purchased the insurance and would recommend it to any pet owner. My main piece of advice would be to get it early.
