Disappointing Experience
I submitted a claim to be reviewed (my first one) and it took nearly 5 weeks to have the claim processed. Additionally, several weeks into the process, I received an email noting that Embrace needed medical history from another provider and they had not received the info. Therefore, they were going to cancel the claim for insufficient info if I did not produce that information within 4 days. Meanwhile, that was the first that I had heard of the missing info. Five minutes after receiving that email, I received another email conveying that they had received the info and my claim had been processed. To summarize, my first claim process was a disappointing experience, punctuated with poor communication and customer service, and I will think twice before adding my second cat to this insurance policy.

First puppy visit
Embrace staff have been exceptional to work with, they are always willing to help when you contact them. I submitted my claim and they notified me that they were mailing a check to me directly for the entire claim amount.

My dog Freddie was bitten by brown recluse spider. I really love Embrace Insurance and the company has been great in providing updates on my claims.

FANTASTIC PET INSURANCE - QUICK - CARING
My dog was diagnosed with T-cell Lymphoma. I have spent approximately $11K for the chemo treatment, tests and meds. I have received all my reimbursement checks (90%) within 5 days of faxing the information into Healthy Paws. They are so caring. I was skeptical about receiving reimbursement, as this was my first submittal, but I cannot say enough about Healthy Paws. The reimbursements allow me to continue to treat my 'baby'. She is in COMPLETE REMISSION, at present, but treatments and testing will continue. People's health insurances should be so good. Thank you Healthy Paws.

Wellcare speedy payment!
I'm very pleased with the time it took Embrace to issue a refund check for my Merfy's well check-up. I also have the major medical plan for my dog just in case he gets injured or has a medical issue. Too many of my friends with pets have had huge vet bills and no pet insurance. Embrace has very reasonable monthly rates.

Outstanding!
My doggie tore his ACL and required surgical intervention. All claims regarding his care were submitted as received and communications regarding the status of all claims during the determination period were prompt, clear and accurate. Claims were paid promptly and "Chorkie" is still in the healing process. Embrace personnel are professional and responsive and I would recommend this agency to pet holders. You just never know when your animal will need care, and it is prudent to have insurance. Technologies in veterinary medicine have improved by leaps and bounds, and keeping your trusted friend with your for additional years should be everyone's goal. Animals cannot tell us what they feel or what is wrong, so get them checked frequently to keep then healthy. Thanks Embrace for your TLC.

Embrace is awesome!
We enrolled Chloe, our golden retriever, when she was just 9 weeks old. We have used Embrace for both wellness and illness vet visits. All claims have been handled efficiently, professionally and on a timely basis. It is very reassuring to have pet insurance and know we have the coverage needed for our gal.

AMAZING FOLLOW UP AND SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL!!
When I had questions about how to file a wellness claim, I was helped by amazing nice and friendly customer service, and they followed up by sending me a claims form (though I did not request it since I had one from a prior email). My claim was processed super quickly with no problems. I love you guys!!!
