Great Experience
The entire process was so easy and flawless! From understanding the service, to placing the claim, until the end I was kept in the loop and knew what was going on with the claim. They made it easy so I could worry about other things and not have to worry about checking on the claim.

Grateful Dog Parent
Have been insured for more than ten years. In the last few my Yorkie has a several medical emergencies. My claims are quickly processed and paid. So grateful for this service and frequently asked other dog owners if they are insured if the topic of health arises because I believe it is an important part of pet ownership. I recently needed to call about an issue accessing for account online and the woman I spoke to couldn’t have been nicer. So high marks from thus far. I am an ambassador ( non-compensated) for Embrace because of the service they provide.

Thank You for Being There
Our great friend and pet is very grateful that we purchased health insurance for her. Besides the typical immunizations, she has had several other ailments that were challenging to get a diagnosis for so that she could get the right treatment(s). Because of her having health insurance we were able to get the proper testing necessary to get the correct diagnosis for each of her various issues, without it, the costs to us would have been substantial. But, because of her insurance she has been with us for over 11 years, without the insurance to cover the costs we doubt she would still be with us and giving us unconditional love each and every day.

Embrace is one of my greatest support systems for my dogs!

Best pet insurance hands down!
I have been using Embrace for 4 years now and I’ve never had an issue regarding claim coverage. They are prompt with their reviews and pay direct to my account within days. Their claim process is quick and easy. My dog has had significant medical needs and they have been excellent to work with!

For anyone out there looking for affordable health insurance for your furry friend, I highly recommend you check out healthypaws pet insurance. I have two Flat-coated Retrievers age 2 and 4. I've had to use this insurance several times for their care and never had a problem. It's wonderful to know that you have health insurance for your animal that you can rely on for a low monthly fee. This certainly was worth it for me, has saved me so much in health care bills for my two dogs. I really recommend you check this insurance out, there is no hassle and from the time you submit a claim till the time you receive your reimbursement takes no longer than 10 days. It certainly has paid for itself, thank you to the folks at healthypaws!

Got there in the end
Annie our new dog dislocated her hip 2 days after the illness period was over. I was concerned that the claims wouldn't go through and was not surprised to see the claim denied. I was surprised to see the reason why they had the claim denial reason as patient has not passed the 14 day illness waiting period. Dislocated hip as an illness? I called embrace they had me leave a voicemail for someone in claims. Who promptly fixed everything the next business day and the claim was approved. The reason for the issue something about a glitch in the system. The follow up claim for recheck radiographs was initially denied again....the reason being was listed as foreign body not recheck radiographs. I had to call again the claim once again was approved and we were got our money. So if you have them as your pets insurance provider question everything. Call them if you think something should have been covered. Talk to a claims adjuster the main number is staffed with non veterinary people.
Each claim was approved we got there in the end but only because I questioned them .
