I recently took Ice to the vet for his wellness check. Upon completing some testing, the vet diagnosed Ice with a UTI. I filed my claim with Nationwide and it was promptly paid. I only had to pay my $100 deductible. So happy that I have insurance with Nationwide.

It was an easy claims process.
My dog had a CCL tear and needed surgery. The vet sent in all the paperwork to Embrace and it was approved.in about a week. Customer Service was very helpful when I had questions. I would definitely recommend Embrace.

Saves me a lot of money since my pup developed skin infections/allergies
Since Remey was a pup they have Nationwide has saved me a lot of money on 3 emergency vet visits and several other occasions for skin disorders and allergies. Each time I go to the vet I have them fill out the claim form then fax them in. Usually about 2 weeks later I receive a check in the mail.
I am always telling people whom get a puppy or in my dog groups about how good this insurance is.

If only our human health insurance was so easy and straightforward!
We have had Nationwide for our dog since she we brought her home, and it has been wonderful. We have primarily used the preventive coverage, but she also got emergently sick once, and Nationwide covered per our policy without problems or delays. Any requests for additional information were understandable and reasonable. I only wish all of our insurance policies were as simple to understand and provided such timely coverage!

I'm grateful for Embrace
My dog needed knee surgery. I put a claim in and within 10 days I found out 80% of the surgery bill would be reimbursed. It's a life saver. Thank you

Very disappointed
Normally, I leave glowing reviews, NOT THIS TIME. My 8 year old has a pre-existing condition of urinary tract infections, a symptom of which can include leaking of urine. Cultures have been done indicating a bacterial infection. She recently has developed spay incontinence. With this leakage, cultures have come back clear/showing no growth and not an infection, but Embrace is refusing to pay for the medication to treat this. They're lumping it in with UTIs as a pre-existing when it is a NEW condition - one that often happens after a female is spayed. My advice is to insure your dogs when pups so you don't have to play this pre-existing game that Embrace, unfortunately, has chosen to play.
