Hunter is doing much better now. After improving his diet and him drinking more water, he is back to normal and feeling good.

I have a fairly low opinion of insurance companies, mostly because of human insurance and how they seem to do everything they can to avoid paying claims, and making life difficult for doctors and patients in order to lower payments or have people give up getting paid altogether. And (before the ACA), insurers would nit pick everything in your application to hunt for supposedly pre-existing conditions or any other excuse to avoid paying the claims. So, when I made my first claim(s) with Embrace after being an insured for several years, I was expecting the worse. Instead, the claims were accepted without any hassle whatsoever. I was stunned and very pleased, especially given that a large sum of money was involved!

I really like the idea of being able to submit claims online and not have to send in and wait for days to hear back from anyone. I have sent in claims right on the home page and got responses back almost immediately if not within a 24 hour window. Great Job Embrace!! I am glad I switched over.

When we found out our 1 year old boxer had renal dysplasia our hearts were broken. We knew we would do whatever we needed to keep her with us as long as we can. Nationwide Pet Insurance has been a blessing with the costs of the prescription food, medications, and the additional check-ups required. I can't say enough great things about this company. Excellent customer service

A regular teeth cleaning for my pup Syri turned into the extraction of six teeth and a bone graft! It was very expensive but needed to be done. To my surprise, I received most of the money back through my claim with Nationwide!
