Very disappointed
Normally, I leave glowing reviews, NOT THIS TIME. My 8 year old has a pre-existing condition of urinary tract infections, a symptom of which can include leaking of urine. Cultures have been done indicating a bacterial infection. She recently has developed spay incontinence. With this leakage, cultures have come back clear/showing no growth and not an infection, but Embrace is refusing to pay for the medication to treat this. They're lumping it in with UTIs as a pre-existing when it is a NEW condition - one that often happens after a female is spayed. My advice is to insure your dogs when pups so you don't have to play this pre-existing game that Embrace, unfortunately, has chosen to play.

Prompt Service
Super customer service and a very prompt response to claims. Finn is on the way to his sixth visit regarding his cataract surgery and each claim has been processed efficiently and quickly. I volunteer in rescue and ALWAYS recommend that adopters consider insurance.

I believe the service has become too expensive for what is offered/covered. It's more than doubled since the start of the policy and it doesn't cover any basic care

Super satisfied with Nationwide Pet Insurance. I'm at ease knowing I have Nationwide coverage.
Had a little scare, but got it corrected and with Nationwide Pet Insurance I was able to get the problem settle and kept me from worrying. Knowing I have coverage is so important to me, because this is my Mikey, not just my pet. Thank you.

Quick response. Excellent service and follow up.
My dog, teddy, was very ill after ingesting something he shouldn’t have. He required several days at the vet Hospital, surgery, and medication. ASPCA was able to cover most of it. They called to check on his health which they didn’t have to. I appreciate it so much. I am more at ease because I know my other 3 pets are in good care.
