Excellent Review

I have been extremely happy with Nationwide pet insurance unfortunately it is with a heavy heart that I tell you Millie passed away on June 5th she had to be euthanized she was 15 years old she lived a really good long happy life but had a few health issues the last couple years and I was so thankful that I had Nationwide pet insurance for her I have nothing but good things to say about the company they always paid my claims on time and never questioned anything I sent him after my last claim is paid I will no longer need pet insurance but down the road when I get another dog I will be sure to sign up again

Nationwide Pet Insurance does a tremendous job in helping meet the high costs of pet care.

Sassy has some problems with allergies and ear infections. Her insurance has been so helpful in paying a large part of her healthcare. I am totally satisfied with all that they have done.

Not a single penny was reimbursed. :(((

3 cats. All had physicals and dental cleanings and extractions. NOT ONE PENNY WAS REIMBURSED. Very disappointing.

Excellent service so far

I have had an easy time submitting my claims toward my deductible. the process is quick and response is too. i have not had to go beyond that as yet .the service has been great to this point!.

Paid as per agreement

The insurance paid as expected. The deductible has now been met for this dog so if she has any more issues this year she should be covered per the agreement. Claim was easy by uploading the .pdf to the claim. Monthly rate is reasonable.

I would recommend Nationwide to a friend for their pet insurance.

We have been very pleased with the ease of filing our claims, the reimbursement process and the customer service whenever we have had questions. We would certainly recommend Nationwide to anyone looking for insurance for their pet.

The pet insurance is great, but accuracy in claims processing is not so good

We really like the Nationwide Pet Insurance, and we like the fact that it is a flat rate not age based, as well as getting multi-pet discount. However, because we have multiple pets, we tend to take more than one pet to out vet each time we have an appointment. This appears to be a problem with claims processing. More than once, I've had to call customer service and get the claim reprocessed because it was either reviewed with an amount associated with the wrong pet or completely processed incorrectly. Customer service is always is always very friendly and helpful, but I would rather not have to call. Also, it would be nice if there were an online form to complete (rather than an Adobe Acrobat form) to use for submitting claims. That way I could just fill out and attach the receipt online instead of doing a lot of scanning of papers.

I love the ease and efficiency of each claim. The only way it could be better is if you covered the entire bill every time! Since that is not possible, I'm very happy with your company and plan to stay with you. Thanks so much and keep up the great work.
