No regrets choosing Lemonade
I’ve seen so many people disappointed with their pet insurance. Claims not paid. No customer service. Etc. I was nervous when it came time to submit Sadie’s claims which included a knee surgery claim. Those nerves quickly went away. Chelsea was GREAT. the communication was phenomenal and all of my claims were paid within a few days of submission. I have zero regrets with Lemonade and have been recommending them to anyone who will listen

I was blessed to be able to make care decisions for my heart dog based on her needs and prognosis instead of concerns regarding the financial burden.
I was blessed to be able to make care decisions for my heart dog based on her needs and prognosis instead of concerns regarding the financial burden. I will forever be grateful for pet insurance to be an option for people like me who love their dogs dearly, and want to make decisions based on their needs, not my own concerns. The first thing I did when I got to work today was cajole my coworker into signing his pup up for coverage. I will never have another uninsured pet again. The peace of mind is worth the premium.
