Didn’t cover anything
I had to have tests performed to rule out something like a bowel obstruction. It turned out that that wasn’t the issue, and it seems like she had a stomach virus. Because you somehow determined she has a pre-existing condition, none of the costs are covered. That doesn’t seem right, especially when tests are needed to rule out something serious.

Easy to file
It was very easy to file my claim. Response time was great and the explanation of benefits paid was simple and straightforward. I received a check quickly after filing. A great experience! I wish health care for people was this easy! :)

Nationwide insurance has been a blessing
Submitting claims is a breeze. Reimbursement is quick. When you have a puppy, pet insurance is a necessity. Coverage for wellness services as well as emergencies is a Godsend.

Prompt response with claim processing
The entire process from applying for coverage, to initiation of the policy & submitting a claim to processing the claim was easy to do, & love being able to use any veterinarian of our choice!
