Glad I went with the recommendation to use Embrace
While volunteering with a rescue organization I witnessed first hand the hardship and heart ache an illness or injury can cause when expenses exceed resources for a beloved pet. I took the recommendation to use Embrace pet insurance and now as we face our Great Dane Jasmines TPLO surgery we are happy to say the experience is great and taking alot of stress off of us knowing Embrace is there for us and Jasmine!

Great customer service
My dog ate a hibiscus flower and got very ill. Her vet bills were about $700 with meds. The process with Healthy Paws was very easy. They took about 5 business days to review her past medical records then emailed me when the claim was processed and we got back 90% of everything after out $250 deductible.
Best part, they followed up a week later to check to see how she was doing. Very nice touch.

Satisfied!
Have had Embrace for just 6 months for our Puppy Golden Retriever. We have a high deductible just to protect us from the big stuff....but had an emergency room visit for torn pads on the front paws.......claim went well, kept me informed on a regular basis via email, and easy draw down of our deductible. First claim seemed to go just fine after getting all the paperwork sent in!

GETTING FASTER WITH THESE CLAIMS
This is a reasonable amount of turnover time. However it was a very simple claim that has been processed for us a couple of times before. I'm not sure if your turn around times for something major is adequateor not. Thsnks for improving though.

PetsHealth - Pleased with increased coverages
We have carried PetsHealth (Level 2)for about 5 years & have 3 dogs, 2 of which are large breeds. Claims processing has always been quick and customer service is great. While this insurance will cover routine visits, I can't afford that level of insurance. We were debating dropping the insurance, as we were paying out more in premiums than reimbursements received. We had an ACL repair early 2012 & and an amputation late 2012. However, Petshealth just increased their cap per incident from $1500 to $3000 and deleted their overall annual cap, so there is no cap on the number of incidents in a year. We're hopeful this will improve coverage. I would give them an overall rating of 8.

Embrace is a doggy-saver!!
Our 3 year old Siberian Husky Zephyr woke my husband in the middle of the night and I heard a yell, "Come quick! Something's wrong!" There was a small pool of blood outside Zephyr's kennel as he had managed to neatly expel everything OUTSIDE his large kennel. However, it was dark red and smelled horrible. After cleaning up and trying to deodorize, I opened the patio door to let Zephyr back in the house only to see a few more puddles outside. While I thought I would wait until morning - avoiding after hours charges & trying to get a few more hours of sleep - things did not appear to be settling down. So I decided to take Zephyr to the local VCA Animal hospital - the best in the state & nationally acclaimed - knowing they would get to the bottom of this probably more efficiently than our local vet. It wasn't until I was paused at a stop light at 3:30am that I remembered we had Embrace pet insurance. Whew!! Now I was really happy I made the choice to go.
Upon getting to the hospital, we were seen immediately. Poor Zephyr was almost non-responsive and look very sad. The vet thought we should run a basic panel to start eliminating what might be the cause. Meanwhile, Zpehyr had lost so much fluid and blood, the decided it best to hook him up to IVs and get him hydrated. After tests came back negative, they suggested running an ultrasound to check for the possibility of an internal blockage. Now it was 7am. With a shaved belly and sleepy eyes, it did not look good for Z

thanks for covering the ultrasound
After recurring bladder infections, our dog required an expensive ultra sound to determine if he had bladder stones and/or and enlarged prostrate. Fortunately this is covered by our dog's policy so at least we have made our deductible!
Thanks Embrace insurance

Couldn't be happier.
I am so happy that I signed my three dogs up with Pets Best insurance. I submitted a claim for my dog Dante for an ongoing skin condition. Pets Best customer service encourage me to submit all claims pertaining to that condition for review. The claims covered a period of several months. During the process they were very friendly, helpful and professional. I was amazed at how quickly the claims were processed and the direct deposit was received at my bank. Thank you Pets Best!! I have recommended your services to several others because of the awesome service provided.
