Trupanion Cares and has Excellent Customer Service!
The staff took their time with me even when I asked the same question over and over again! (I was tired). I spoke to three different people over three days, and they were very kind and really professional. Most of all, my favorite thing, is that they knew what they were talking about. And unlike several other companies I talked to, who just wanted to make a sale, your staff was really interested in my cat. ??

I am grateful to have had their insurance for my pup, and I appreciate the thoroughness, care, and generosity with which they handle our claims. Great coverage and easy to make claims! I was actually considering dropping the insurance and Gracie suddenly became critically ill and died. Our investment in her insurance became a valuable asset when faced with the medical and hospital bills.
