I don't rate it at 10 because I think the premiums are high and I'm irritated that exams (to see what a problem is about or to see whether the treatment is helping) are not covered.
I don't rate it at 10 because I think the premiums are high, and I'm irritated that exams (to see what a problem is about, or to see whether the treatment is helping) are not covered. On the plus side the claims process is pretty easy. Better still - and this may say more about our current society's sorry state - I was delighted that when I called with questions I actually got a LIVE HUMAN (Aubrey) with excellent language skills. I did not have to wait forever online. The rest of the good news is that actually filing a claim is amazingly easy, and the review and results are done quickly. The process was very efficient. Overall, I'm glad we have the insurance.
