I've had Embrace Insurance for almost 4 years. Throughout those 4 years, there isn't one claim that wasn't covered, or they gave me a hard time about. They've covered everything from routine tests and vaccines, sick visits, blood work, urinalyses, multiple surgeries, rehabilitation/hydrotherapy, laser therapy, allergy injections from the Dermatologist, Dermal Allergy Testing, Visits to the Dermatologist, Allergy injections from my own vet that last 4-6 weeks, post op xrays, flea/tick and heartworm medicine, prescription medication, joint supplements, etc. And those are just some of the things I've used it for. Without this company, there's no way my dog would've been able to have the necessary surgeries he needed. Let alone get the best care possible. If you're thinking about getting insurance, get this one. Take it from someone who knows first hand. There's no hidden fees or co pays and the turn around time is really quick!. You can even use it for training or specialty classes! This is the best insurance company hands down! Get it!!! Next dog I get is being added to my policy!

We have had a wonderful experience with Hartville pet insurance. After each claim they always call to check on Lulu and let me know the status of my claim. I highly recommend this company!

After 8 years,Customer Service always Excellent,,,,,,My Dog hit by a car and had to stay in hospital for a week in Pittsburgh. Filing the claim was painless and easy and the check was processed quickly.

I'm into my 2nd year with this insurance and have been extremely happy. I am happy how I can submit claims via email, get an EOB via email, get the notification that the funds are ready to accept etc. I love the ease of use and excellent, efficient and timely communication. Having a giant breed, any little issue can be expensive and this is certainly necessary .

When our rescue Collie was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma, we wanted to do everything possible to ensure her recovery. We have been very pleased with our ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. After surgery, ultrasounds, blood work and Chemotherapy they are very prompt with their reimbursements. We submit the claim and within a few days, the money is in our account. They also call to see how she is doing. I don't get that kind of attention from my own insurance. Getting ASPCA Pet Health Insurance was one of the best decisions I ever made.

i cannot get into my account. cant change the password. talked to 3 different staff nothing worked. i finally ggot the verbal information that i was seeking. I would recommend the insurance but your t tech results are not good.

Since then we adopted two little angels/sisters for Louie who were insured with you that unfortunately passed from cancer. During such a devestating time you refunded any balance due to us, which we did not expect, and sent a sympathy card. Your customer service representatives are a pleasure to speak with and answer any questions or make suggestions for our beloved pets insurance. It amazes us that when you mention that our pet had a procedure the first words out of their mouths is "how much did that cost you!". Beside, that it is none of their business, we always reply that we have Nationwide Pet Insurance that is incredible.

My beautiful Bernese is 6 now and has had Healthy Paws insurance since he was 3 months. He's had two tendon and ligament surgeries and Healthy Paws was there with me every step of the way. My first Berner had cancer and we didn't have insurance. It was too expensive and there was nothing more we could afford to do.
