We have had Healthy Paws pet insurance for the past 2 years. Several times my husband asked, why? Now he knows and said he won't question it again. :)Over the winter our active 7 yr old Husky mix, Sierra sustained a slight injury during an agility exercise session. We didn't think much of it at the time. This spring when our activity levels increased, so did her lameness. At the advise of our Vet, we consulted a specialty vet who confirmed that Sierra had a Cruciate Ligament tear and suggested TPLO surgery. Of course, as with any surgery, there is a high cost. Thanks to Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, we were able to have Sierra's ligament injury corrected without the high financial burden. The check from Healthy Paws Pet insurance arrived yesterday. If not for them, Sierra would not be able to resume the active lifestyle that she thrives on. The peace of mind is worth the cost, especially having 3 active dogs!

Excellent Pet Insurance company with unsurpassed customer service. My experience with claim reimbursements have been completed and deposited (via direct deposit) within a few days of my veterinary office visit.Highly recommend to any pet owner seeking medical coverage for their pet, especially with the high cost of veterinary costs in today's marketplace. My veterinarian's office staff mentioned to me that I was the first of their client's to have Embrace as my dog's medical insurance carrier and now several of their clients have joined in with Embrace as their choice of insurance companies. At their office, Embrace out of all other insurance companies is the most streamlined to work with on behalf of their clients.

And I cannot be so satisfied with Trupanion: their customer service is always there with an answer, their response to claims is fast and accurate, and they are fair and listen to us. Our dog has idiophatic epilepsy, and since it was diagnose and along all the scares, Trupanion has been there for us. I ALWAYS recommend a pet owner to have insurance, is the best decision we made, to know she can have the best care possible is priceless.

I recently got a puppy and my vet convinced me that Trupanion was worth a serious look. Ive had many dogs in my life, currently 2 beagles and a lab pup.The beagles were the first i ever insured, but was never happy with them, so when we got Gibson I did alot of research and read every review I could! That research led me to Embrace,and with my first claim for his neuter I can say I am very pleased and satisfied with my choice!

I can't say enough about the excellent service I've received from Healthy Paws in the handling of my Rottweiler's cruciate and meniscus repair. From the moment I contacted them they were polite, compassionate and even offered to collect all of my dog's previous medical records for me. They kept me informed of the claim's progress every step of the way, and I received a check within the same week. I also love the fact that they help homeless animals, which contributed to my decision to choose Healthy Paws to insure my Stella.

Every time I have called, I have receive EXCELLENT customer service! They are always friendly, helpful and take the time to answer all of my questions. The claims are handled extremely fast! We unfortunately had to return our adopted dog due to aggression towards our youngest , but we WILL be returning once we adopt our next animal. LOVE embrace and will tell all our animal loving friends to sign up too!

I like Trupanion. They are thorough and prompt with responses, payment, & follow-up. I do think that office visits and immunizations should be included (since pet owners pay a $50 deductible & Trupanion only covers 90% of the bill).
