I've been with Nationwide (formerly VPI) for almost ten years now, and for the most part I've been very satisfied. When I first signed up with them, there really weren't a lot of insurers for pets out there, and this company was my pick. Now there are many companies to choose from, and the policies themselves have been revamped to the point that there are better policies available, with Nationwide AND other companies, but I'm locked into this policy now because of pre-existing conditions. All that being said, I am quite satisfied with the help I've received from Nationwide, and it has been worth the money paid. I would recommend Nationwide to a friend, and would recommend they do their homework in exactly the kind of policy they want and need.

Nationwide insurance' s Wellness Plus Plan, is top notch!! Low monthly fee, meet a deductible and then 90% of all bills paid!!! Love it!!!! For a miniature dog who has to go several times for shots because it cant be all done at once, this is the way to go. deductible met fast.

My dog, Lady Bird had been insured by another company and uploading documents was impossible. There were constant error messages! While I never filed a claim in the 2 years that I had them, I also never uploaded any vet bills that may have offset the deductible because of the hassle. I contacted customer service regarding the issue, and when they suggested that I call them in the future instead of using their website, I switched pet insurance. Read great reviews for ASPCA so signed up in Feb. 2018. Of course, a little over a month later my dog was bitten at doggie daycare. Emergency surgery and 14 stitches and a large vet bill. What would have been a nightmare, if I had to deal with the other carrier, was amazingly smooth. Filed the claim and before the sutures have even been removed, the first invoice has been paid and directly deposited into my checking account. Phenomenal. I cannot recommend them enough!

When my dog needed expensive diagnostics, the efficient, paper-free claim filing provided by ASPCA Pet Health Insurance allowed me to focus on giving my dog the personal care he needed and not worry about Insurance hassles. ASPCA's coverage was excellent and the claim was paid efficiently (direct deposit right into my bank account). A few days after the claim was paid, they even took the time to call me to see how my dog was feeling -- a compassionate call from a caring ASPCA representative. It is great to work with a company that cares and does their job efficiently and effectively!

ASPCA has provided the most detailed and caring service as a pet insurer. The ease of submitting a claim through the app is fantastic with prompt servicing of all claims. We love when ASPCA calls to check on Sadie after claims are submitted as it truly does make us feel appreciated. The value is fantastic as well! Their staff gives 110% and truly makes me and my pet feel valued. Thank you for all that you do!

These guys helped us pay serious medial bills for our dog. They were always understanding, quick, and followed up. We love them and all they have done to help our dog be happy and healthy.
