We recently had to take our pup to an emergency vet which ended up costing a pretty penny! Luckily, I filed a claim online and within 2 weeks I had a check for almost the whole vet visit (Minus the deductible of course)! It was such an raspy process to file. It was also great to get email updates on where the claim was in the process. Overall, it made the situation much less stressful!

We've been pet parents for 40+ years and never had insurance in the past. After a horrendous bill for our now deceased shiba inu, we decided to get insurance for our golden doodle baby, Ginger. We never believed that the insurance would "really actually cover" unfortunate events in our fur baby's life but recently we have had to put it to the test. We couldn't be more delighted with the service, the customer care advocates (when we called for info) and the speed with which the claims were processed and paid! Filing could not possible be easier! We are so happy with the ins. When Rosie,s bowel got nicked during spaying procedure and she was going to die We had to go to a special hospital to have emergency surgery. This was an expensive place and unexpected bill but Trupanion took care of the bill . Rosie is grateful too.Everyone who knew what we were going through thought we should put her to sleep but with the special hospital and Trupanion ins. We were able to afford to get her the best care needed Rosie is a very healthy chihauhau and has more energy than10 Chihauhaus. Again thanks to Trupanion ins.and good veteranians God Bless
