Amazing
Trupanion was the rainbow over our very stressful incident with our 8 month old Yorkie puppy. Trupanion eleminated worry of covering the cost of Luna's treatment and processed the claim in a few days. Luna is feeling better and our zeroo deductible 90% coverage policy on Luna was a lifesaver. Best investment ever Thank you Trupanion

Quick, efficient, painless claim handling.
Had Yukon Jack in for his wellness check at the end of April, during the exam it was discovered he had a small growth on his eyelid. Surgery was scheduled for the beginning of May. All went well, however Yukon pulled a stitch out and had to be re-sutured. My three claims were processed quickly and the money was deposited directly into my account. Great service, was contacted several time to see how Yukon was doing and could they do anything more to help.

Grateful for Healthy Paws
My dog Ben has been insured with Healthy Paws for over 2 years now, and I'm still happy with the decision. They've added a new feature for filing claims: all that's needed is an upload of the invoice from your vet to your account on their site, no forms or signatures needed. There was a claim for a test last Wednesday that I uploaded the same day: the check from Healthy Paws came yesterday, and the results of the test won't be in until Friday. I've had coverage with with other companies - one required a diagnosis to pay claims. We don't know for sure what's going on, so I'm grateful to have coverage that will pay anyhow. I'd really rather have a healthy dog, but since right now I don't, I'm glad I have Healthy Paws.

After Much Research I Picked Healthy Paws
I have 3 cats and initially went with a different company that made big promises to get me hooked. After a year they doubled the premiums. Did the same thing with my mom's dog. I immediately switch to Healthy Paws after doing extensive research and talking with them. They have no caps and the deductible is once a year. They are more than an insurance company. They have a foundation to help other animals in need. I cannot speak highly enough of Healthy Paws!

Gastroenteritis and Anorexia
Who would have thought that their puppy would get hold of a corn cob after a family get together and stop eating or drinking? Then not pooping and throwing up? Had to take my baby to the vet and he had Gastroenteritis and Anorexia, and sadly had to go onto an IV and spend the afternoon at the vet for barrium and a series of rays. @ days later he was feeling much better, but I will be counting the cobs the next time. ASPCA pet insurance put my mind at ease when it came to the bills. Easy to file claims and a fast turnaround on payment. Thans ASPCEA

Healthy Paws is great !
We switched to Healthy Paws last year and could not be more pleased. There are no benefit schedules; any illness or accident is covered at the selected level and claims are promptly processed and paid. We chose the 80%, $250 deductible level and our June 3 claim was paid on June 9.We would pay any amount of money for our dog's health but it's extremely reassuring to know that he has such excellent coverage for any medical issue that might arise.

Peace of mind in our rescue dog's health
We rescued Rumble, our pit/shepherd mix, in July of 2013 at only 8 weeks old, and decided to get Healthy Paws insurance by mid-August. Since getting the insurance, she had kennel cough, pneumonia, an allergic reaction to vaccines, possible stomach obstruction, hookworm, carpal laxity, mange, skin irritations, and GI issues for a few months. Recently, she became ill again, and blood tests confirmed Hemobartonella and Babesia, blood borne parasites often passed on from the mother. While we would have provided Rumble with everything she needs regardless, it's been wonderful not having to worry about the financial burden we could be facing. Healthy Paws became familiar with us quickly, and handled every claim faster than I could imagine! I received the reimbursement checks within a week of filing the claims. We couldn't be luckier with our rescue pup, despite all of her health issues, and are thankful Healthy Paws is there for us and Rumble!

They are the very best, I sleep at night knowing our beloved dogs have a quality plan that keeps them safe and well.
all four of our pups are insured with Embrace. As I said they are caring, effete net with claim processing, this is quality coverage and they are superior in everyway. Not one gimmick with Embrace, genuineness through and through.

Merci Beaucoup, Embrace!
We went to France for 5 months and took our German Shepherd dog with us. When she got bronchitis and had severe problems breathing, we took her to 3 different vets. We weren't sure if our Embrace policy would cover us abroad, but thankfully it did. The staff was very helpful and fast in processing our claim. Merci beaucoup!

Easier and friendlier than human insurance
Healthy Paws has been the easiest, friendliest, most caring insurance company I have ever worked with. Hands down. My dog Lenny was hit by a car after he got out from under a gate. His back leg was slashed open to his bone. Sorry for the details, but you can get the picture on how deep it was. The Vet said that he would have a better chance of a full recovery with no issues if we use this thing called the wound VAC. I called Healthy Paws to see if they cover it and they said they would get back to me ASAP. The next day I called, and they told me that they will cover and I should start the procedure. Flash foward 3 weeks.. Lenny is at 85% ( still has issues with managing his weigh on the weak leg)and is pretty much back to his old self. With out Healthy Paws covering it, he would still have a bandage that would need to be changed everyday, and not even close to recovered. So seriously, thank you!! Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and nice, I really appreciate it.
