I got embrace for my cat Arwen a few months ago as I wanted to have it just in case so I wouldn't have to worry anymore. Lucky thing I did! My cat has had a bunch of tummy problems over the last few months and Embrace has helped me every step of the way. My vets office accepted Embrace so I got to keep my same vet. The claims process is so simple and if you ever have any questions they are more than willing to help you out if you call, everyone is so nice and helpful! They are usually very timely with the process as well. Without it I probably wouldn't have been able to get care for my cat who is the love of my life and I just want her to be healthy. I couldn't be more happy that I found out about Embrace and will be keeping it for all of my pets in the future.

She went quick and it was devastating We received almost all of our money back and the Reps. took care of everything for us. They are the most caring individuals there are. The customer service is outstanding. I was grieving so much at the time, I didn't know what to do first. The ladies I dealt with are more than reps. They are special counselors as well. I received 2 sympathy cards from each person I talked to. TruPanion will always have our business!

Words cannot convey what a relief it has been since we switched to Healthy Paws Insurance. Prior to Healthy Paws, we had our dog insured with VPI. After his first surgery we quickly realized that VPI was not for us. The amount they reimbursed, which was as promised, only covered 25% of the costs we incurred so we ended up footing most of the bill. My yellow lab puppy got into some food she shouldn't have and I had to rush her to the vet after I realized she put on some weight overnight. It ended up that she gained six pounds in one day and surgery was a possibility. Luckily she didn't need surgery but between tests, x-rays, specialists, and medications it was nearly a $1,000 day. Being my first claim Healthy Paws walked me through the entire process and even checked up with me twice afterwards to see how my dog was doing.
